I ♥ PHP

Lately I have been playing a lot of iPhone games. It has definitely become my preferred gaming platform, and lately my biggest time-sync is We Rule. I have never played Farmville, because I do not trust Facebook apps and generally avoid the place completely, but this is digital crack and I now understand why so many people are addicted.

Exactly 30 days ago, I advised a co-worker to install a demo of Acrobat Pro. We have Adobe Creative Suite Premium 4 volume licensing at the office, but I really didn’t have the time to look up the serials and get it installed for her. I pointed her to the 30-day demo, thinking that before the trial ran out I could easily pop-in the serial and be on my way.

Normally, on Wednesday nights I go downtown to the libre studio and spend a few hours doing some combination of the following:

• screen printing
• preparing to screen print
• cleaning up the mess (see above)
• drinking

Tonight, I unexpectedly have the night off. And while I should probably take advantage of the time and work on the MPMF API, I think I might spend some time with php.js. It seems like a terrible idea, that will likely be lots of fun for a few hours.

I think I am far enough on this project to make it public. Thanks a bunch to Lindha for helping me get it off the ground. I will be bug-fixing and adding new features to this base site over the coming months, I have a lot planned.

I have added a category system to my entries, with tagging yet to be implemented. Every post belongs to a category, general by default.

I am going to mis-file this post under images just to test the system, since I have no image updates to post. Spring is coming though, and I hope to be getting out and shooting soon.
